Senior team development at Post Office Ltd “I like the way David works behind the scenes to knit it all together. He knows when and how to bring difficult issues into the room. He has a wonderful combination of being clear, cold and analytical one moment and warm and human the next – he drives us hard but in a pleasant way. He always leaves me with big questions to consider although he may not have asked them directly. His only agenda is to improve the performance of the team.” Gary Hockey-Morley, Marketing Director, Post Office Ltd
Board and leadership development at Earls Court and Olympia “David was given an unusual and challenging brief, working with our Board and Senior Management team at a time of fundamental change and uncertainty in our business. He quickly identified the barriers to change and complex relationship issues that we were facing. Once our awareness of the issues had been raised, he was able to help us confront them. Together, we reviewed our structure and formulated new strategies, moving swiftly to implementation and reaping immediate organizational and behavioural rewards. David’s insight and intuition served us well in tackling difficult matters in a supportive way. Every member of the team has improved their leadership style and gained new skills from this project. We are now equipped to tackle the exciting challenges that lie ahead." Yvonne Denyer, Group Finance Director, Earls Court & Olympia Group Ltd
